SBS Australia is Australia’s most diverse broadcaster, which was created for multicultural programming. 

Today, SBS is a modern, multiplatform media organisation that employs a team of 1200+ across the country, with the brand position ‘A world of difference’.  

The employer brand created for SBS calls for current employees and potential talent to embrace this position and tagline, and Be the difference.

The objective and execution of the employer brand and campaign creation was two-fold:

  1. Retain and celebrate existing employees, achieved by championing real staff members across the organisation in the campaign.
  2. Attract future talent, executed by featuring authentic anecdotes of SBS staff making their difference.






















The ‘be the difference’ campaign was also renewed and progressed into a second phase.

This included new talent being featured, in-language messaging, and extension of the campaign developed specifically for NITV to represent indigenous perspectives.
